Vocational Retreat

Our community sponsors discernment retreats at our various centers. These retreats include talks, times of prayer and reflection, Eucharistic adoration, a vocation panel, and opportunities to pray, interact, and work with our sisters here at our provincial house. The focus of the retreat is the topic of vocational discernment, with an emphasis on our specific vocation as Schoenstatt Sisters of Mary.

Our next vocational retreat will take place August 7 - 9, 2008 at our International Schoenstatt Center in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The retreat is open to young women, ages 15 and older. Registration and lodging are free of charge. The retreat begins on August 7 at 6:00 pm with supper and ends on August 9 at 2:00 pm. Extended Stay Program
  • Are you interested in getting to know our community better?
  • Do you need some space and quiet time in a “shrine atmosphere” in order to discern your vocation?
  • Do you long to deepen your relationship to the Blessed Mother and your love for Schoenstatt?
  • Would you like to  encounter other young women who share these longings?

Extended-Stay (or ESP) provides the possibility for young women to come for a longer period of time - from a week or two up to a year - to live at one of our Schoenstatt Centers, either here in Waukesha, in the Dominican Republic, or at our sisters’ Motherhouse in Schoenstatt, Germany. Room and board are free of charge in exchange for a few hours of help each day.   If you are interested, please contact:
